In domeniul utilizarii metodelor ablatiei laser si a pulverizarii magnetron in obtinerea de straturi subtiri mentionez ca am experienta si rezultate in utilizarea acestei tehnici pentru:
- obtinerea de straturi subtiri amorfe si cristaline
- contributii la realizarea unei instalatii de depunere prin ablatie laser
Am de asemenea experienta in analiza si caracterizarea suprafetelor:
- caracterizarea prin metode optice (elipsometrie, interferometrie) a suprafetelor si straturilor subtiri
- studiul proprietatilor magnetice de suprafata prin efect Kerr magneto-optic
- efectuarea de masuratori si interpretarea datelor privind analiza chimica de suprafata prin metodele XPS si AES.
In cadrul activitatilor de cercetare desfasurate pentru pregatirea tezei de doctorat, cit si in cadrul contractelor de cercetare la care am participat ca membru in echipa de cercetare mi-am adus contributia la:
- realizarea de dispozitive Kerr magneto-optice,
- dispozitive experimentale pentru studiul aplicatiilor ca elemente sensibile la torsiune si cimp magnetic a firelor magnetice amorfe
- realizarea de dispozitive de creare de cimpuri magnetice (bobine, bobine Helmholtz)

In terms of using the laser ablation and magnetron sputtering methods for obtaining thin film mention that I have the experience and the results in using this technique for:
- obtaining of amorphous and crystalline thin films
- contribution to fulfill of an installation of laser ablation deposition
I also have the experience in analyzing and surfaces characterizing:
- surfaces and thin films characterization by optical methods (ellipsometry, interferometry).
- surface magnetic properties study by magneto-optical Kerr effect
- measurements and interpreting data of surface chemical analysis by XPS and AES method.
In the research activities development for preparing my doctoral thesis, as well as in research contracts in which I participated as a member of the research team I contributed to:
- development of Kerr magneto-optical devices,
- experimental devices to study applications as sensing elements in torsion and magnetic field of amorphous magnetic wires
- development of devices to create magnetic fields (coils, Helmholtz coils)
